The Greatest Fictional President Final Four

Hail to the Chiefs. Did we do that one already? I think we did that one already. Whatever. We have the results on the Elite Eight round of voting. Here are the Commanders in Chief that are moving on to compete for the title of Greatest Fictional President.

Benjamin Asher (Olympus Has Fallen) vs James Marshall (Air Force One)
Jed Bartlet (The West Wing) vs Selena Meyer (Veep)
Francis Underwood (House of Cards) vs Nixon's Head (Futurama)
Lord Business (The Lego Movie) vs David Palmer (24)

That leaves us with

David Palmer (24) vs James Marshall (Air Force One)
Jed Bartlet (The West Wing) vs Francis Underwood (House of Cards)

Not a ton of surprises here. The big dogs are still in the race. The Palmer/Marshall match up is the "Presidents smack dab in the middle of action" match up and the Bartlet/Underwood match up is the "these guys are both great and this is really gonna be tough" match up. The voting has been very close in a lot of these match ups, so I have a feeling that trend will continue this week.

So here's what you have to do. Vote on the second round on our polling page. We encourage you to share the voting with friends who have an opinion on any on fictional or nonfictional politics. The results of the voting will be announced on the next Mad Bracket Status show, which we stream live on our Facebook page. You can check out the whole bracket on our Challonge page
