The Most Powerful Princess Bracket Championship Round

The voting is over on the semi final round of the Most Powerful Princess bracket and boy was that a round! We got over 40,000 votes! I know, right? That's a ton! Here are the results of that voting.

Princess Star Butterfly (Star vs the Forces of Evil) vs Starfire (Teen Titans)

Sailor Moon (Sailor Moon) vs Xena (Xena: Warrior Princess)

Those are some big wins from Starfire and Sailor Moon. While these results may seem unlikely, let's recap a few things. First lets look at the Butterfly/Fire match of Stars.
  1. Star vs the Forces of Evil, while great, is brand new. The series is less than a season old.
  2. Hynden Walch (the voice of Starfire on Teen Titans) publicly threw her support behind #TeamStarfire on twitter. That's amazing!
Now, that first match up makes quite a bit of sense. Let's also not discount the fact that Star Butterfly is a 14 year old girl with a very tenuous grasp on her powers and Starfire is an interplanetary warrior who can hold her own against Wonder Woman, who we all know is the most powerful princess. Kidding! Starfire is great.

So that's your first match. The second one is a little simpler. Sailor Moon is a classic anime that everyone has seen. In it, Sailor Moon has a myriad of beam based powers that basically let her win any fight. On the other hand, Xena is a show that a lot of people are aware of but don't remember particularly well about a warrior princess who it turns out is only kind of a princess because someone calls her that once. No contest there.

Which means the final match up in the Most Powerful Princess bracket is...

Starfire (Teen Titans) vs Sailor Moon (Sailor Moon)
