There Might Be A New Duke Nukem Game...Maybe...Probably Not

According to Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford, Gearbox has been working on some early concept work for a sequel to the critically reviled Duke Nukem Forever. In an interview with IGN, Pitchford said "I did not acquire the franchise merely so we could all experience Duke Nukem Forever. That was the toll to pay to give Duke a chance. That said, I liked that game. I got to see it from a slightly different perspective and it was marvelous to me". Pitchford also metions that Gearbox has a lot on it's plate currently and would prefer to contract the work out to another studio. You know what that means. The game will likely never come out. So in the mean time, enjoy some classic Duke Nukem prank phone calls. They never get old.
